AL SON’s liability is limited to the terms and conditions of the program in relation to the provision and quality of services; AL SON acts as an intermediary and coordinator between tourism service operators and service or product providers.
Consequently, AL SON is not liable for:
- Situations caused by force majeure, unforeseen events, natural phenomena, or criminal acts. However, as a policy, AL SON commits to assisting in the resolution of any problems that users may face, as far as circumstances allow.
- Additional expenses caused by modifications, delays, or cancellation of services, strikes, riots, earthquakes, or other force majeure circumstances; as well as for any loss, accident, or irregularity that may occur to users and their belongings, when these are caused by third parties and therefore beyond the control of AL SON employees and affiliates.
- Expenses for loss or damage to user’s goods or documents.
- Air transport services, therefore, from the consequences of delays or unforeseen changes in the schedules of flights arranged by the airlines, the rights of the user and the procedures to make effective the refunds of money due to these events.
- Legal issues or other inconveniences that a user may face in the event that they are required to withdraw from the plan, activity, or experience due to moral, disciplinary, or legal issues, and likewise, regarding personal expenses incurred by the user.
- The user’s baggage and its contents, or any object carried by the service user, since these are the sole responsibility of the user.
- The user of AL SON’s services must present documentation required by the authority (citizenship ID for adults and birth certificate or identity card for minors). Failure to meet this requirement exempts AL SON from any economic claim that may arise due to incidents related to such behavior.
- Refunds of money if the user is unable to attend the scheduled experience and has not communicated this in due time.
AL SON reserves the right to terminate the service if the ethical and moral codes necessary for the proper execution of each activity or experience are not met, thus, users under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances, or generally any state that compromises the integrity of the user and other users or service providers, will not be accepted.
AL SON also reserves the right to make changes in itineraries, dates of experiences, classes, carriers, and other services necessary to ensure the success of its services.

Ethical Policy: AL SON condemns the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and is committed to prevention and reporting both within and outside the establishments where different activities are offered, therefore, our entire team, collaborators, and allies are committed to the dissemination and compliance with Laws 1336 and 1329 of 2009.
It is WARNED that: The Colombian Penal Code in its articles 208 to 218 regulates that engaging in carnal access with a person under fourteen (14) years old, performing diverse sexual acts, or in their presence, or inducing, or using virtual means, or coercing any person into carnal commerce or prostitution, or anyone who photographs, films, sells, buys, displays, or in any way commercializes pornographic material, through any means of communication to obtain sexual contact with minors under eighteen (18) years old, or to offer sexual services with them, will incur imprisonment penalties between 2 and 10 years and fines from fifty (50) to one thousand (1000) minimum legal monthly wages.
AL SON complies with Colombian labor legislation (including international treaties ratified by the Colombian government), consequently, it opts for and supports Free choice of employment, and does not engage in forced labor practices, nor discrimination, and rejects all practices related to child labor.
